Piano
I grew up in Sydney, Australia, and started learning the piano at age seven. I have always loved the piano and was always drawn to it at a very young age. I believe that music is a part of us, waiting to be discovered.
Teaching and Achievements
I have completed an Advanced Diploma from the Wollongong Conservatorium and my AmusA (Associate) Diploma (AMEB) in classical piano performance. Whilst in Sydney, I was teaching at a music center for a few years. I have experience in teaching piano to students of all ages, children and adults. It is a rewarding experience for me to hear students progress and reach their goals in music making. I am also a member of the European Piano Teachers Association (EPTA UK).
Extra Info for Pupils/Parents
People with all abilities and ages are welcome. Students can prepare for examinations in piano performance (ABRSM or Trinity) and also music theory exams if you wish, or simply play for fun. Depending on the genre you prefer, I can teach you classical piano or modern, eg. pop/rock etc. Enhanced DBS certificate is available on request.
